Can someone tell me if travellers sae 10w-30 hydraulic oil suitable for 955k hydraulics? The confusion lies in the fact that it does have to-2 classifacation but it is a multi weight. Any info is greatly appreciated.
You don't need to use TO-2 or TO-4 powertrain classification oils for a hydraulic system, although no harm will be caused if you do use them. The callout for the 955K hydraulic system is a straight SAE10W hydraulic oil, not a multigrade.
