i'm trying to put the steering clutch cover housing back on and i'm not sure how to have the brake mechanisms placed during install. To remove the cover I pulled pins 6 in attatched photo, and one of the duck bills released falling off. but there is no room to put it back in with the cover housing installed. I'm at a loss. I can not find an actual service manual online I've been scrammed twice on PDF download sites, and had to fight ebay 2 other times to have money returned for non delivery of hard copies from sellers.
