Can someone give me a hand by providing the removal and installation procedures for taking out the track adjuster. I’ve done plenty on excavators and dozers. Serial # is attached in photo

You have to remove the track frame unbolt idler remove the 2 bolts that hold bulkhead run a 3/4 tap and clean out the 4 pusher bolt holes thread 4 jacking bolts and tighten them until bulkhead pops out of frame also a lot of beating with a hammer to pop it loose

That is a c model E bar is pinned to roller frame it does not have the trunnion like the a s and b s. Important there are two big pins under the cover where the grease fitting to adjust the track is do not try to remove them also check to see if they are broken They are what hold the recoil spring in place. They are under heavy spring load!!!

See the attached. Be aware that actually removing the adjuster from the track frame will be far more difficult than it sounds in the manual. As Dave mentioned you'll need to run a tap through the threaded holes for the extractor bolts first, then I would recommend to have both a gas axe and a BFH handy because you will probably need both if that assembly has never been removed from the track frame since the loader was built.
