If my memory serves me correctly..... there are 4 or 5 bolts on each side that you need to take out then just start jacking it up. There should be at least one safety stand that you put in when you get it jacked up... It's been a few years but a can't recall there being anything else you have to do. That was on a 963B 9BL I'm assuming the 21Z would be the same or at least similar.
Yep, pretty much this except you also have to disconnect the FNR linkage on the left side and the steering linkages on the right side.
