New to this forum, but just curious. Has anyone ever tried to build custom harness and controls to run a 966FII or 966G with 3306B engine and electronic transmission? I’m talking no computer and no Cat harness at all.
No idea but interested to know how you would propose to control an electronic transmission without using an ECM (aka computer).?
I guess I’m the only one. Have 4 FIIs and 4 Gs working every day. I’ll update the theory of operation and post it soon. Our environment is extremely corrosive to yellow metals so I had to come up with a solution. Had a few bugs along the way but they are all running well.
