New Add bookmark #3 trying to open a steering cylinder on hough h100 it doesn't just screw off
Maybe post a picture, been years since I saw or touched a Hough 100 so don't recall how the steering cylinders are built.
You say "it doesn't just screw off" are you sure? Attached is what I find for a break-down of the steering cylinder. This one does show the "head retaining nut" item #12, as having two notches in it for a spanner/hook type tool. Is that what your cylinder looks like?
