Hi guys. Doing a 2000hrs on a 966h a6d00991 and in service manual it says to add 1 L of 1u9891 to each diff. Isn’t that a hydrolic additive to reduce friction. Won’t that make the brakes slip? Thanx
It is also an anti-squeal additive designed to address brake chatter on multiple disc oil-cooled brakes like on the 966H. It should have no effect on the efficiency of the brakes. See attached.
