Advanced Hand Controls <----electronic hand only control Advanced Control System <---selectable hand/foot control since you have foot control, 1 is the pedal moving all the way through it travel, and moving the spool far enough. 2 does the tilt pedal angle "feel" different than the lift? as little as a 1/4" of adjustment (front to back) in the pedal (neutral) position makes a difference in overall pedal travel 3 if someone had the linkage apart near the control valve, the pin may be in the wrong hole, :drinkup

.Thanks for the info ^..The pedal does seem as if it stops short,. seems as if there is something stoping it from going all the way down...compared to the others. I've looked at the linkage there is only 1 hole the pin goes in off the valve..both pedal seem to have quite a bit of slop.. do you think maybe that could also be part of the issue? Thanks for the replys i apreciate it!!

the pedal and linkage on the tilt side are about as simple as it gets. if the bushing in the pedal is worn, or the bolt is loose, that may be the problem, snug it down and see what happens, if that dont help, disconnect the linkage at the pedal, and make sure the pedal pivot isnt rusted, if you look down "through" the pedal there are 2 carriage bolts that come up from the bottom with nuts on the top. the pedal mount or frame ( cant remember ) is slotted to allow for front to back adjustment of the pedal. moving the pedal front to back changes the angle of the pedal and the distance the linkage will move when connected :drinkup

I had a chance to take a look at the machine again today and there are no adjustments that you can make to the foot pedals them selves so im asuming that the control is supose to be that way.. ill have to jump in another machine and check the feel of the pedals but it seems that mine stops real short
