I'm working on a 99 sterling crank no start it has a cat 3406e in it. It had a new ecm put in by a outside shop it ran fine then sat for 2 months and now it won't start I replaced the crank and cam sensors the fuel primer is hard to prime and all the fuses ohm good
Power and ground to the ecm first check Is there smoke when cranking
