I have an A/C compressor off of a John Deere tractor that I am trying to find internal parts for. John Deere part number is RE57936, which I believe is a Denso 6E171. The only thing that appears to be wrong with it is a broken reed valve. I am looking for a set of reed valves and seals, but can not find them anywhere that sells them. My local auto parts store is looking, but I have not heard back from them. Does anyone know where to find Denso parts? Or am I better off buying a new compressor? The inside of the old compressor looks good.
I’m guessing it will be easier to just but another compressor.
