I think I have a bad rear seal on my shuttle trans, and/or a bad input shaft seal on the 4 speed. The 4 speed trans was overfilled, so I drained and refilled it for a baseline. (haven't re-checked it yet.) The shuttle trans and converter were drained and refilled with Dexron (according to the manual). Since then I had to add fluid once, so it seems pretty obvious the Dexron is migrating to the 4 speed box. Question is, anyone out there have experience with this? The trans removal seems straight forward, am I missing anything?
