Hoping to make contact with any member in Europe that might be able to point me towards a source for manual, parts, troubleshooting advice, on my Bulgarian-made Balkancar DV-60RT forklift/loader from the mid 90s. The main problem is with the transmission. It is a fwd/rev power shuttle with converter (no speeds), and the ID tag on it is in Russian.
