Arm curl issue

Hi guys, I have a Komatsu PC210-8 excavator. The accelerator doesnt kick in upon arm curl. All other functions are good. I have replaced the pressure press sensor but no use. Anybody can help? Thanks

    In addition, the screen is showing DHS3MA error

    Key on, engine off check between pins 1 and 3 at the arm in pressure switch connector (harness side). Should have 5 volts

    Checked it showing 5 volt. I also opened the small hydraulic hose on the panel where there all switches are located. There is no hydraulic coming in there.
