I had the belly pan off of my RC 30, the other day, and noticed the rear motor mounts were cracked, and oil soaked. (swelled). I picked up a couple from dealer, and installed. It wasn t difficult job, however, when I started engine, it vibrated horribly, much more than with old mounts. When i installed, I tightened down until limiter made contact with frame mount. I m now wondering if maybe I should have only snugged up. There is a bushing that runs through the center of mount, and its almost like its bolted solid. Has anybody done these, on this or any other skid steer. Its a perkins diesel. I ve changed lots of motor mounts on cars and never had this problem.
