hi fellas, anyone know what is the largest excavator(tonnage) you can legally fit in the back of a 6 wheel tipper....beleive the height is more of a problem than the weight? presume a 12t machine would be over height on a std tray?
Yer cab chassis is good for 14 tonnes....so most 6 wheel tippers can only take about 12.5 tonnes payload.....if they are like charging for 10 cubes (as many do in 6 wheelers) "tell him he's dreamin". Your right, the height is the issue....can't remember its so long ago I did the test. You'll find it online somewhere.
