Bad torsion AXLES

i HAVE cAT 297 C something is up with the front torsion axles the front of the machine is almost on the ground what is up with this thing where can I find parts. Local Cat dealer cant tell me nothing.:Banghead:Banghead

    If this machine is anything like the ASV,then it sounds like the rubber between the square housing tubing and the torsion bar is deteriorated or the torsion bar is broken on both sides inside the tubing

    The CAT dealer looked at it and they don't know what is wrong with it? I agree the torsion system is likely the issue, but certainly the dealer can tell you for certain what failed on the machine.
