I am working on this Case 580B tractor that has been sitting idle for several years. At this point I am looking for the battery I should use as the original which I am sure isn't the proper size, it is small and is dead without any chance of recovery.
If you can fit a 31t with the threaded terminals, and change your battery cable clamp ends. That's the most common strategy.
