Gee, forgive me for being cynical, but we see a lot of self promotion disguised as genuine interest in our members' opinions. If you're sincere, I'm sure you won't mind that I've edited out the links in your post, because, well, they're really not necessary to have the kind of discussion you're suggesting. On the other hand, they could be viewed by some of our members as 'spammy', and we tend to take offense at that. Welcome to Heavy Equipment Forums.

If you all are such experts, what are you asking us lowly mortals advice and opinions for?

Tonka, Matchbox, Hotwheels, and Peg Perego. Depends on jobsite location. Sandbox, or garden. Don't leave anything in the driveway, cause dad might run it over. If you have any plastic equipment, put it in the shade when you are done, and try not to leave machines out in winter.

Hot Wheels used to be good, but they have gone downhill a lot since the early '90s, so I would have to disagree that they are a good option for the modern Construction and Mining professional. I may or may not receive affiliate marketing royalties from Matchbox . . . .

Sorry. I meant when I was a kid in the 70s and 80s. When Tonka has sharp corners, and hotwheels had body lines
