On my D4D 78A xxxx Dozer, I am wanting to install a block heater to assist with cold winter starting. On the left hand side of the D330 engine, at the back of the engine, behind the oil filter housing there is a blank plate & I am wondering if that is a spot where a block heater can be installed, assuming that it is a water jacket behind the plate? If not the correct "tap in" point any suggestions where to plum into the water system to install one? Metalman
