hi all am new to the site I have a bobcat 763 the bic system am getting 5 flashis on the left light on the left handle the book says it is the actuator switch the actuator plugs the lights are the same the handle switched all points to the actuator i removed the actuators it was the uper one My ? is where can i by one and do they need to be calabreated
top actuator is tilt, bottom is lift. yes it has to be calibrated.... :drinkup
is that something i can do or do i need to bring it to a dealer and were can i buy one
since this is something new to you, let the dealer take care of it for you.. if you install the actuator yourself, you have a 50/50 chance on getting it to manually calibrate. (we've had no luck getting a machine to manually calibrate over the past few years) just installing the actuator, it may or may not work, and if it's not calibrated, actuator life is shortened dramatically there are 2 different actuators, depending on what system yourmachine has, ACS or AHC and they are NOT interchangable. :drinkup
I have a 773 G series machine will not turn move one lever forward pull back on the other machine lurches goes in one direction forward or back never knowing which one it's going to take.you can move levers gently at an idle or revved upmachine starts to turn a few inches then lurches either backwards or forwards both flavors can be in opposite directions it will not matter I'm thinking something is broken inside the two-stage pumps any ideas
sounds like loose/broken/worn out steering pintle levers :drinkup
