no one can help with this

You probably have a restriction. I would check if the pump has a strainer and change the return filter

i have changed the filters but not looked for a pump strainer

also i have checked relief valve pressure for that circuit and it is at 3000psi not 3500 as it should be and i can not get it to adj higher

You may also want to check for a relief on both of those circuits. The slow cycle times mean you have low flow but the lack of ability to lift the machine is a lack of pressure. So either you have a relief that is broken, the pump is just about gone, or something else but i would try the first two. Maybe head to northern or the farm store and hook a pressure gauge in the circuit

Guess I should update the page before I reply LOL. Is this a gear pump or piston pump

    it is a gear pump

If you can't get more than 3000psi with the relief turned all the way in I would say the housing is worn or the gear is spinning on the shaft

just pulled pump apart, the i guess you would call the idler gear side of the pump is toast. strang is the input side looks good.
