334G mini excavator has hydraulic issue, that I can't figure out. When you try to pick up the boom, it will only pick it up about 2/3 of the way, but it operates slow. If you start to curl the bucket, travel, or try to swing the boom, while you're trying to lift it, it will work just fine. IE: it will pick the boom all the way up, and it works as fast as it's supposed to. Same way with putting down pressure on the stick. If you just put down pressure on the bucket, it won't do much, but if you try to curl the bucket while you're putting down pressure on it, it'll pick the tracks off the ground. Anybody have any ideas ?????
Do you have a hydraulic schematic? It sounds like a pump control issue like you are missing a load sense orifice plug on the boom circuit.The pump is not stroking when you use the boom but will come into full stroke when you use another function.A schematic or a bobcat dealer would be your best bet.They probably already have a service newsletter on that problem.
