Hi guys, Recently bought a 1998 753 Bobcat. When I shut off the engine it makes a odd noise. Starts and shuts off every time without issue but after turning the key to the off position the engine shuts down and simultaneously you hear "bonk bonk bonk" I am trying to figure out what this is. Any suggestions would be great as I am new to these machines I have a video I can upload if that would help
Most likely the cooling fan drive, like any bevel gear there's a little slack in the mesh of the two gears, pretty common noise for a Bobcat unless it's really loud from excessive wear of the gears.
