Any idea what would cause this to be stuck on full rpm and shut off off lever won't even work? Engine sat for a long time and I just got it started today. The shut down lever seems to move freely I removed solenoid to and checked that
Figure out what and how the solenoid works and what it hits.. Then reach in and see if you can push/pull the control rack and free up the pump
