Bobcat 864,error code 14-03.

Bobcat 864. When I turn the key the engine turns over three times and then the power cuts off. Jumped the battery and checked the wiring and managed to start it that way once or twice but when I lift the safety bar it cuts off. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    First ,check the fuel fuse (30 Amper) and Relay in relay box.

    Do you know where I can get a diagram of the relay panel and fuse box for free ;-) ?

    Running again at least for now,was the Fuel shut off solenoid.
