bobcat s130 lift tilt problem

hello my problem with lift is wen i give the order its never the same sam times its going very slow and wen i give the order again then its going fast,also wen i give the order to float the boom its going very fast down. i have calibrait meny times but the problem its not solve.the same its hapen with tilt. on the panel i have no codes thanks

    any hyd leaks or low on fluid? my gehl does this too but i have some leaks and know im gettin air in the system

    i dont have eny liks. but wen the boom its up its going down slowly
