Hi everyone new here from Down under in Oz . I have a s185 Bobcat turbo that starts but won't move or lift or tilt or anything it should do error codes are 04-21 & 05-21 even turns itself off. Code 04-21 is Engine oil pressure out of range high this sensor was changed with no luck and other code 05-21 is Hydraulic charge pressure out of range high .I have only bought this machine and obviously its problems any help would be greatly appreciated Thankyou Vincent .
There is a sensor on the hyd filter in the top right hand corner of the engine compartment. That could be the problem but a Bobcat mechanic with his laptop would probably cure your problem faster and cheaper than anything. Its a PITA but it seems to be the way Bobcat is going with everything.
eng oil pressure charge pressure coolant temp aux PWM paddle switch seat bar sensor all these work off the same power supply coming out of the controller. a bad controller, broken wire or wires in the main harness or any other of the sensors could be the problem. best place to start checking is the harness to sender conectors, check for damaged wiring close to the connector body, spread open terminal/sockets, oil or water inside the connector body. :drinkup
Make sure you have enough Hydraulic oil in reservoir, check your Belt too.
