Do you get any orange lights on the same dash panel when you push the green button? When you push that button, the bobcat's computer does a check of all systems before it let's you go. One light is for machine movement like forward & reverse, one light is for the boom/tilt, and one is for the safety bar. All 3 have to be on, before it will go. Does the rest of that dash panel work like the fuel and temp and hour gauge? If not, you could have a dead panel or dead button.

yes panel is working , all buttons when i press is activating exept the press to operate loader , but fuel and temp gauges are not reading any thing , they are off , but the hours digital meter and fault codes are ok i ordered a new seat bar sensore , its maybe defective ? is a bad bar sensore will cause this ?

so , new seat bar sensor installed but no changes , no effect at all , everything is like before replacing it , the panel lights are the same as before and after new sensor . connectivity is good for the 3 wires running from the sensor to the computer . where to dig ?

Does this machine have a door? Maybe the door sensor is suspect.

    no , no door

There are old threads on this topic. Good info. We talk about Bobcat BICS about once a month, or so. Mobilewrench just wrestled with a BICS on a T190. Turned out to be the Gateway controller.
