Bobcat s250 glow plug issue

I'm repowering my s250 with a kubota v3300 eb2 engine, almost identical to the v3300 di that bobcat puts in these machines from the factory. Main issue is the the machine is not putting out any power to the glow plugs.... glow plug light on screen just flashes, also the glow plug timer is not coming on and counting down like it should. GLOW PLUGS HAVE BEEN TESTED AND ARE GOOD. My research found told me to swap relays in the cab and that did nothing. Can not find a dedicated glow plug fuse anywhere? I also do not get a glow plug error code on the screen. Anyone familiar with bobcats that may have some advice? .

Does glow relay have power and ground? Also signal 12v from mainframe controller. The wiring diagram would confirm, but there might be a feedback wire from the output(glow plug) terminal back to the controllerr. With no error, are you sure it's cold enough to trigger glow time?
