Thanks to you guys in advance..... Ok the bobcat stopped moving due to belts..i opened the back door took battery out removed cover for the hydraulic belts and they were all off tangled..noticed the lower middle pully was hanging loose off its shaft. Question is how do i remove the pully..or tensioner pully...Or the spring loader that's attached to it?
can you post a pic? i'm having a partial brain fart..
More pics after i blew it out
Do you see the displacement of the pully? I'm trying to remove that.
alrighty.. looks like the idler pulley bearings are trashed remove the long bolt that runs through the horizontal spring, you may have to loosen & lift, (or remove) the air cleaner to get a socket on the bolt head remove the dust cap off the pivot remove the bolt thats under it. remove the assembly before you reassemble and install the tensioner, remove the bolt (or bolts) holding the tensioner stop arm. it's located on the block, just above the flywheel housing. reinstall the tensioner arm, swing the arm up and install a new belt, then thread the long bolt back through the spring and snug it up. reinstall the stop arm, leave approx 1/8" clearance between the arm and the tensioner arm.
