linkage connected correctly? pedal position correct? explain "freshly rebuilt valve body"?

yes linkage is correct, peddles also.just had the valve body rebuilt.it was dumping oil out of the tilt spool.

soooo... the spool seals were replaced, theres really nothing to screw up replacing the seals.... if they are done correctly did you pull the spool out from the rear, or disassemble the centering spring on the back of the spool and replace the rear seal that way? some of the pedal linkages have more than one hole for the pin....

i took the valve body to alpha tech hydraulic and they resealed it.the guy at alpha tech said he had trouble getting the spring out.

no reason to remove the spring to put spool seals in.... i dont even pull the valve to do spool seals... disconnect the linkage (or remove the actuators), remove the rear bonnet bolts, pull the entire spool from the rear of the valve, remove the front seal retainer, pick out the seal, install a new seal and oring along with the retainer and dust boot. install a new seal on the the spool and reinstall it, reconnect the linkage. i did lift and tilt seals yesterday in the field in 2.5 hrs....

any idea why it is tilting slow?

several things... linkage not connected properly pedal out of position your "rebuilder" did something wrong. we see a few valves ( and cylinders) brought in that have already been "rebuilt" by someone else. usually the last guy that "fixed it" f*cked it up...
