bobcat t-190 drive problems

codyn22 ยท 2013-05-29 16:20

So the problem is that the 190 is killing its self with the park brake on or when the operate button hasn't been pushed. It also wants to pull to the left immediately after the brake and operate buttons are released. Im thinking its pump issues but cant figure out how to set or adjust the pressures is anyone able to point me in the right directions. Very open to any suggestions or tips please and thank you.

Sounds to me like the centering linkages are off? Have you put the cab up and checked the "pork chop" plates to see if one of the rollers or plates came loose?

thank you for the response. i have just tried to adjust the plates above the pumps and there doesnt seem to be a neutral for the left side. i dont have a proper breakdown or procedure to do the adjustments so i may be doing it wrong, but seems like everything is tight and working properly. thanks again any other ideas about this kind of problem ?

scroll down the forum to the thread "repairing creeping bobcat" it is a great walk through on how to adjust.

Welcome to HEF codyn22. :drinkup Here's the thread about working on the drive pump pintle arms. It shows the cast aluminum one piece pintle arms, and the two piece steel arms. Very important, you need to have the machine off the ground on supports to adjust drive neutral, very difficult to do if you have wheels on the ground.
