Bobcat T 650

My 2014 T650 lift or tilt will not work after a rain. The machine will move just fine. Even had a tarp on the cab but rain blew in on the floor and now it won’t work. Works fine when it dries out in a couple day.

Assuming you have ACS hand/foot controls? Or joystick? Does it have an error code when it won't work? (Press and hold lights button, will only show currently active codes.)

No codes selectable hand or foot controls

OK, next time try switching to hand only controls, or vice versa to foot controls. It might be moisture getting to the pedal sensor or wiring, and switching to the other control pattern will ignore the unused sensors.

Tried that to. The only solution I can find is letting it sit till it dries out. I just can’t figure out what is getting wet.

Know at least one that had a controller that the epoxy was cracked. That one would act up every time it got washed or rained on.

dry the machine out and get it running. then spray a little water on different areas that might be getting wet. when it stops tilting & lifting, that should give you a place to look. frayed wires, loose connection or something cracked.
