Started machine moved bucket was attaching to forks when the hydraulics started to fail, machine shut down, window on the side of the machine shows full. Did i loose the hydraulic pump? Cannot get to error codes, screen is showing low hydraulic flow
Change filter, and cut the old filter open. Look for metal flakes.. Will the machine preform any functions? 100% verify the oil level is correct and not contaminated. How many hours on your machine?
T190 is a G series machine, anything that happens that causes low hydraulic flow is going to cause three short beeps from the alarm alerting you to check codes right then. If you shut it down, or it shuts down itself, codes are wiped clean on next power up. You have to check codes the moment you hear three short beeps from the alarm. And low charge pressure will cause the main controller to shut the machine down
the machine has 1325 hours. The screen is not operational cannot access error codes i am getting a constant beep and nothing is working. THE error code on the screen reads HYD CHARGE PRESSURE EXTREMELY LOW
