Have a 2003 Bobcat T190 that won't start unless you hold that plunger in, in the back of the engine by that solenoid. It's giving a code 13-06 which is a fuel shut-off solenoid short too ground?? Could someone please help me out with that, where should I go about fixing that?? Is the solenoid bad or something maybe?? Thanks
That plunger you refer to "is" the shutdown solenoid. If a code 13-06 is "shutoff solenoid short to ground", then either the solenoid is bad and needs replacement, or you have a wire in the harness shorted to frame somewhere. More than likely it's the solenoid bad, common problem. The Bobcat BICS computer is a very reliable system for monitoring system components. If it notices any component that is drawing current outside the parameters of what it should be, the BICS will lock out sending voltage to that component and give you a corresponding code of what it's doing. Replace your shutdown solenoid and your problem will more than likely be resolved.
here is a good one i have a 05 T190 every time i dead-head the auxilury function the main boom starts lifting n bucket dumps also hapens when graple is open/closed all the way..... contoal valve or electral problem ?? just looking 4 some direction please help
Bucket dumping and raising with aux deadheaded is normal.
Never did b4 new problem so no it's not normal
If you are operating lift or tilt functions with aux over relief, this is normal. If the lift and tilt are in neutral that isn't normal, which appears to be your issue. Do you have standard controls? How does the lift and tilt work without deadheading aux?
when using graple or nuthing atached and actavate variable flow press action swisch in eather direction arms start lifting by self have to shut macheen down to regane controle ... control style has foot or joy stick and bucket posioning if want to talk feel free to call 413-883-2009
