Bobcat T300 boom and bucket drops, whats the issue?

On My T300 it seems something is leaking by internally. My Boom will not stay raised in position. It drops at about 1/4 inch per second with a load on it. For the most part its the boom that drops but the bucket also drops some when traveling with heavy load like forks and heavy pallet. Whats the most likely cause that needs fixing? Is there a specific part that wears and needs resealing? Machine has 3900hrs and love it but the boom drop is a problem id like to fix

I had my tilt do that, the seal had washed out a section in the ram. theres a way you can cap one line, and pressure the cyl in. if it goes in, then starts coming back out, its bypassing the seal inside. thats how i confirmed mine without taking it apart.

Cylinder leaking internally. Honestly, that is about the only hope you have to fix it. Other option is the valve itself leaking thru, and there is no repair for thatshort of replacing the entire valve assembly.

the seal must have gotten nicked, and eroded a section out.
