I have a customers 2023 year bobcat t86 in my workshop. Their operator ran the engine and hydraulics low on oil and caused the engine and pump to seize. We have supplied a new engine and pump. Everything fitted back into the machine. As far as we can see all the electrical connections are all connected. Machine will not start and makes no attempt at starting. A couple of active error codes present. P1063-00 - air filter plugged P1060-16 - air filter out of range low B1042-14 - horn relay short to ground or open circuit. Machine serial * B56S11242 * Anyone any info on these? Not a common machine to have in Scotland
Bump this up, still can't get it to crank or start. Immediately just beeps when we turn the key or press the start buttons. Anyone have any manuals or inside info on these?
Being an owner of a T86 machine I have experienced that when machine runs very low on fuel and goes into a derated engine state Then it will not engage starter before refilling the fuel tank Not sure if this related to your problem
When it beeps when you attempt to start, does it add an active code?
Thanks for your feedback. We have filled the fuel tank to approximately 50% Yes it does beep and the only 2 active codes are P1060-16 Air filter out of range low P1063-00 Air filter plugged
Didn't think that would keep it from cranking but might as well resolve the codes. . .
no we don't think so either but what we have found is on one of the can systems we are getting 16 Mega ohms, if we disconnect the harness from the hub controller the can circuit goes back to 120 ohms so now we suspect the hub controller is at fault
did you make sure nothing had made a nest in the air tube inlet.
We got it repaired and running, hydraulic ECM had gone down and new engine ecu didn't have software. Local dealer came out and flashed the software
