Traction Lock Solenoid Short to Griund Error Code

I have a T190 with joystick controls that is giving a Traction Control Solenoid Short to ground fault code. The machine for the past while was giving the code intermittently and would stop travelling but always worked normally after shutting down and restarting. In your opinion is this most likely a Traction Lock Solenoid failure or could it be due to wiring? Thanks for any input.
