Summer before last vandals burned our 485 Kobelco. They replaced it with a new 470 Hitachi. While awaiting the new orange, the Dealership loaned us new 350 Kobelco. They ended up buying it as well.. Nice machine but the boom would bounce as if on accumulators. The dealer had it for a month and couldn't figure it out. They brought it back to us while they sorted it out.. The Cat service man was here at the shop and took a look at it in action. Said the hydraulic lines were too light and we're actually swelling under pressure. Dealer replaced all hoses, problem solved. Any one with similar problems take note as it came from the factory this way.
