Hi. My Komatsu brake pedal acts “normal” when depressed, however, it does not return fully to its resting position. The brake fluid reservoir is full. Any ideas? Thank you.
Grease the pivot.
I would also make sure all the linkage is free, all the way to the brake drum. Check the return spring.
