bucket cylinders on case 590 sm

this seems like the place to ask questions and get good straight answers so heres another one , I've checked with case and the bucket roll cylinders that hook to the loaders arms don't have any bushings on the rod ends and neither does the loader arm where the cylinder hooks the only part thats available is the pin , theres about 1/8-1/4 inch of slop in that pivot area any ideas on how to tighten this area up this machine has just under 6000 hours on it and has been owned by a municipality and showed signs on been maintained well but both sides are wore about the same

No bushes in the eye of the loader tilt cylinder rod is correct.(...but stupid) You could buy some bushings from a 580K loader tilt cyl (G108507 - 40.19id x 47.62od x38mm long) strip your cylinders & have the rods machined to suit .........Or you could weld up the worn parts of the eye & die grind them to suit new pins Likely, the pivots are loose too. You should be able to tighten the pivot points Item #3 (D30929) - bushing in the loader frame (from factory) is a type of bronze material which almost disappears when you go looking for it. If you order a new bushing it should be an induction hardened steel replacement - which seem to last longer.....
