I recently bought a CAT 303CR, and it is in the need of a new bucket. It has a beat and worn 24" on it and i would like to go a little bigger. What size do some of you guys use and like. I mostly build water features and dig in ground hot tubs, and swimming pools where a larger machine could not get in. Should i go for the 36" or would recomandations be to stay with maybe a 30" to make for easier digging. What brands out there have you tried and had good luck with. Thanks
If the machine comfortably digs with the 24 inch battered bucket then it should dig really well with a new 24 inch, 36 inch may be a bit too much of a surface area to disperse the pressure that the machine provides. Could do with a demo of a couple of sizes!!
