    What engine do you have? 53 series Detroit? If I remember right, a B E backhoe is a rebadged Dynahoe

    it is a Detroit diesel, not sure about the 53 part. The dynahoe I think your correct.

    You won't find anything looking under B-E or Dynahoe, google Detroit parts. It could be a 71 series, but it's probably a 53. Does the engine have plates on the sides?
