Thinking seriously about buying a trackhoe for a small side business. Really just want to find enough work to pay the note and maybe a little extra cash. Found this trackhoe and wanna know if y'all think. Wondering how much an hour trackhoe work goes for. Specifically how much an hour for a cat 314? My brother in law runs a landscaping business, said people ask him to clear land. My idea is to let him advertise trackhoe work and any work he gets, I go do it and he gets a cut of the profit. No legal ties at all, is that a bad idea? https://easttexas.craigslist.org/hvd/d/caterpillar-314c-cr-excavator/6223952095.html
