Buying Excavator for farm

Hello, Can anyone give me any info on a Komatsu PC228USLC-3? I am looking at one that has seized tracks, but overall condition seems to be nice. Are there any notorious issues anyone is aware of that I should be concerned about. Hour monitor was replaced and says 3500, I guessing over 10K hours. any info would be appreciated. Thanks-
