Purchased this machine and the inner shifter tube seems to be in a bind..... Was wondering if the collector ring and center swivel all have to come out or can I just unhook the linkages and slide it down from the bottom. Thanks In Advance for any Advice.
Defiantly can be done, just make sure the tires are fully inflated.
