Finally tore into the machine, and as expected, all 8 mounting rubbers were gone on the splined coupler. Will be ordering a new coupler, bolts, and rubbers, but looking at the pump shaft those splines seem to be worn a little. How much wear is too much? They aren't quite sharp yet but I can tell there is some wear. Removing the pump will be a little more labor intensive. Just wondering what everyone's experience has been.
