Hi, i have a Case 1845C and it gets times when it wont start. you just turn the key and you hear a low sound " click " Sometimes it starts right up, other time you may have to turn the key a few times, and sometimes it seems you have to turn the key forever before the starter will go ahead and turn the engine over and crank. Any idea what could be the problem here? Much help appreciated....
There's far too many things that can cause this problem cldunivan. The battery is always the first place to start looking. Are you certain you have a good battery? Then battery connections, cable connections. Does it use a starter relay? Ignition switches can cause problems. Could be the solenoid on the starter as well. You just about have to go through the system with a voltmeter and figure out where your problem is.
