we got a new case 221F loader with a ACS coupler on it the nuts on the main pins keep coming off that holed the ACS coupler on .we tried lock tight dose not help this case loader has less then 300 hr on it .the person in charge on the shop won't call the case dealer to fix it under warranty he old school .has anyone had any problems with a case loader with the main pins on a case 221F.
Please post a better pictures. Its hard to tell what you are showing. For the pin to be coming loose, it has to be turning in the pin boss. A small amount of twisting in the pin boss will loosen the nut. The likely causes are: Improper shimming of the coupler - The pin should be tight onto the coupler, with minimum gap between the coupler and loader frame. Lack of grease to the pins - The bushings can gall, and this will "grab" the pin, and make the pin turn, thus loosening the nut. Coupler pin boss worn out - Self explanatory. Usually caused from the above.
Perhaps a call to ACS is in order.
