i lost the timing gear and need a replacement set. 1964 case 310d with 146cid gas engine. i have contacted local parts shops. where do i go next?
A little more information about this cutie. Bought this from my neighbor who said there was a extra spring on the governor that was removed during a recent upgrade. when he got it home it ran fine then suddenly the rpms increased and the timing gear on the cam broke. Dad said I should replace both gears and that is where i am looking for the gears. Also the governor mechanism that sit in front of the gear has been distroyed. So who has the parts i need sitting in there barn? any hints or suggestions would be appreciated Help
